Roger C. Hobbs currently serves as President of the R.C. Hobbs Company, a full service real estate development and consulting organizations.  Mr. Hobbs was the founding Chairman of California City Bank, NA; former President of Birtcher-Hobbs Communities and a trustee for the California Real Estate Trust, a public REIT.  In addition, Mr. Hobbs was a founding Vice President of KSL Development Corporation based in La Quinta, California. Mr. Hobbs earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Master’s Degree in Administration from the University of Southern California (USC).  Additionally, he completed the two-year Executive Management Program at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) as well as attending Harvard Graduate Extended Education Programs.

Robert W. Howard serves as Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations for  R.C. Hobbs overseeing the acquisition and entitlement process for the company's commercial division.  He graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a Business Administration major. After service as a Captain in the Army Security Agency, he was employed by Republic National Bank of Dallas and thereafter became involved in the real estate marketplace.  Mr. Howard was a member of Coldwell Banker & Company and later  an owner and co-founding partner of three real property development firms: Asset Management Services, Inc., Howard & Howard, Inc. and Howard, Howard & Barnard.

Mark D. Whalen serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the R. C. Hobbs Company and directs the lending and banking relationships of the company and also provides project management supervision and sales support for major properties.  Mark is a seasoned real estate professional with 25 years of banking experience primarily in land and residential subdivision development.  

Mr. Whalen began his career at First Interstate Bank of California in 1979 where until 1996 he was Senior Vice President and Manager of the Orange County Developer banking group which originated residential land and construction loans to residential developers and homebuilders in Orange County.

Peter H. Belcher serves as Vice President of Finance for the R.C. Hobbs Company and is responsible for the company’s fiscal operations including budgeting, financial planning and analysis as well as directing the accounting functions and overseeing the human resources department.  Mr. Belcher brings over 20 years of expertise in real estate finance, homebuilding operations and management.

Raised in Southern California, Mr. Belcher received an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.  His career has been focused on real estate development in California, New Mexico and Hawaii.
