Peter H. Belcher serves as Vice President of Finance for the R.C. Hobbs Company and is responsible for the company’s fiscal operations including budgeting, financial planning and analysis as well as directing the accounting functions and overseeing the human resources department.  Mr. Belcher brings over 20 years of expertise in real estate finance, homebuilding operations and management.

Raised in Southern California, Mr. Belcher received an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.  His career has been focused on real estate development in California, New Mexico and Hawaii.

Prior to joining R.C. Hobbs, Pete spent fifteen years with Howard, Howard & Barnard, Inc. and Howard & Howard, Inc.  Initially hired as a Project Manager to oversee a resort/residential project on the Big Island of Hawaii, during his tenure, Pete applied his knowledge and expertise to numerous commercial/industrial, office & residential projects.  His last five years with the organizations, Pete served as President of both HH&B and H&H, Inc.
