Roger C. Hobbs currently serves as President/CEO of the RC Hobbs Company, a full-service real estate development and consulting organization. Mr. Hobbs was the founding Chairman of the California City Bank, NA; former President of Birtcher-Hobbs Communities; former Senior Vice President of KSL Development; and a trustee for the California Real Estate Trust, a public REIT.
Over the past 40 years, Mr. Hobbs has successfully sold, developed, and managed nearly one billion dollars of commercial, industrial, and residential real estate in California and Montana. His projects have been recognized with local, state, and national awards. He has successfully completed more than 4,000 houses and apartments.
Mr. Hobbs is the Founder and Chairman/CEO of Century American Regional Center LLC, as designated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Mr. Hobbs is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), California Real Estate Broker, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Licensed General Contractor B-1).
Mr. Hobbs earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California (USC). Additionally, he completed the two-year Executive Management Program at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and attended Harvard Graduate Executive Education Programs. He holds a lifetime Teaching Credential from the State of California and has served on the business faculty of California State University of Fullerton, Chapman University, and the University of Montana. Mr. Hobbs also holds the position of Trustee Professor at Chapman University.
Mr. Hobbs is a member of the USC Marshall School of Leaders as well as a Trustee at Chapman University. He and his wife of 35 years reside in the city of Newport Beach. They have three sons, one daughter, and three grandchildren. They enjoy family trips to their homes in Lake Arrowhead and Montana.
