ROGER C. HOBBS

President and Chief Executive Officer

Roger C. Hobbs currently serves as President/CEO of the RC Hobbs Company, a full-service real estate development and consulting organization. Mr. Hobbs was the founding Chairman of the California City Bank, NA; former President of Birtcher-Hobbs Communities; former Senior Vice President of KSL Development; and a trustee for the California Real Estate Trust, a public REIT.

Over the past 40 years, Mr. Hobbs has successfully sold, developed, and managed nearly one billion dollars of commercial, industrial, and residential real estate in California and Montana. His projects have been recognized with local, state, and national awards. He has successfully completed more than 4,000 houses and apartments.

Mr. Hobbs is the Founder and Chairman/CEO of Century American Regional Center LLC, as designated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Mr. Hobbs is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), California Real Estate Broker, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Licensed General Contractor B-1).

Mr. Hobbs earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California (USC). Additionally, he completed the two-year Executive Management Program at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and attended Harvard Graduate Executive Education Programs. He holds a lifetime Teaching Credential from the State of California and has served on the business faculty of California State University of Fullerton, Chapman University, and the University of Montana. Mr. Hobbs also holds the position of Trustee Professor at Chapman University.

Mr. Hobbs is a member of the USC Marshall School of Leaders as well as a Trustee at Chapman University. He and his wife of 35 years reside in the city of Newport Beach. They have three sons, one daughter, and three grandchildren. They enjoy family trips to their homes in Lake Arrowhead and Montana.

GEORGE R. MEEKER JR.

Executive Vice President

George Meeker has roots in the Real Estate development business. Both his Father and Grandfather enjoyed successful careers in home building and land development. Mr. Meeker is currently serving as Senior Vice President of RC Hobbs Company, a real estate development company located in Orange, California.

Prior to joining the RC Hobbs organization, Mr. Meeker operated his own highly successful home building companies, Meeker Companies, Inc. and Meeker Development Company for the past 30 years. Prior to that Mr. Meeker was President of Coventry Homes of California and California Communities, Inc., a home building company he formed with Cal Fed Savings Bank.

Throughout his career, Mr. Meeker has successfully developed, built and sold over 6,000 award winning new homes and apartments as well over a million square feet of commercial retail and industrial buildings.

Mr. Meeker holds a General Contractors B-1 License from the State of California, and a California Real Estate Brokers license. Mr. Meeker also holds an accreditation as a LEED-AP Homes from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).

Mr. Meeker earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Southern California (USC) where he was a member of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity. Later in his career, Mr. Meeker obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in Sustainability from The San Francisco Institute of Architecture in Alameda, California.

ROBERT C. HOBBS

Senior Vice President

Robert Hobbs is the Senior Vice President of R.C. Hobbs Company, and has been with the company since 2007. As Senior Vice President, Robert is responsible for project feasibility, project underwriting, sourcing capital, developing creative business strategies, and building relationships with debt and equity providers.

In addition to his position with R.C. Hobbs Company, Robert is the President of Century American, a privately held company that sources debt and equity from foreign investors for the development of real estate projects. As President of Century American, Robert has successfully participated in securing over $400 million in capital for real estate projects that have a total value of nearly $1 billion.

Robert attended Chapman University in Orange County, California, and is a member of industry associations including the Urban Land Institute, California Association of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers, Association to Invest in the USA, Young Leadership Organization, and the National Association of Homebuilders.

JEFF A. MOORE

Senior Vice President – Construction

Jeff Moore currently serves as Senior Vice President/Construction for the RC Hobbs Company. Mr. Moore joined the company in 2003, as a Property/Project Manager overseeing the renovation and remarketing of both residential housing and commercial office space to qualified tenants. Currently Mr. Moore is responsible for all onsite and offsite construction activities for both the multi-family and single-family residential projects for RC Hobbs. He has direct supervision of all project superintendents, the residential purchasing department and is responsible for all construction schedules and direct construction budgets. Mr. Moore also has extensive experience in Project Management for the residential construction projects. He has been integral in the entitlement process with the local municipalities and in achieving approvals for the residential construction projects as well as obtaining necessary permits needed for construction.

Mr. Moore is an honors graduate from Flowing Wells High School. He has also completed the California State Contractors License classes and exams and has been a Class B Licensed General Contractor since 2007.

Mr. Moore is a current and active member of the Inland Empire division of the California Building Industry Association.

Mr. Moore currently resides in the rural town of Norco, Ca with his wife of 21 years, Patty. They share their life with their three children, their son Justin and their twin daughters Katie and Kelly.

NIALL VINEY

Senior Vice President - Land Development

Niall Viney serves as Vice President of Land Development for RC Hobbs Company, a real estate development company located in Orange, California. Prior to joining the RC Hobbs organization, Mr. Viney was employed as a Land Development Manager with a large public builder. He has also held positions as Director of Purchasing, Vice President of Construction Operations, and Superintendent for both off -site and on-site construction activities in his career. He has personally supervised the construction of over 1,500 residential homes, including single and multi-family, along with site development responsibilities for multiple developments throughout Southern California.

Mr. Viney holds both General and Specialty Licenses from the Contractors State License Board in the State of California. 
Mr. Viney studied Civil Engineering at California Polytechnic University, Pomona, as well as participating in various continuing education courses.  
Mr. Viney lives in West Covina, California. He has three children and four grandchildren and enjoys spending time with his family.
